NOW I AM FORGIVEN, WHY ASK FORGIVENESS?

Caio, I have a question.

God forgave all (even every little thing!) My sins in Christ; I say that from what I understand; soon, my question is:

I need to ask forgiveness for my sins? That is, "I have sinned, I apologize"?

For some time I do not do the confession of sins.

In worship liturgy, I find it strange the appeal to the confession of sins.

It is.

If you have time and answer me, thank you.

If you do not answer, I also thank you.

I hope not too much work, be happy, live well and have a long and productive life (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual).

The more you live and write about GRACE, will be better for me.

I have grown up and lived differently (formerly LEI) and this for the glory of God; blessed by his words.

In Christ, in whom honey is sweet, and the hope of eternal life is right because He can not lie.

Dear friend Luciano: Grace and Peace!

New instruments always need tunings. So also when new understandings come to the heart. There is always need for fine-tuning from time to time. This is because the new joys often prevent us from making a more balanced synthesis of things for a while. And the proof is that today you make me this question. Sign that there is new thinking being done. What is very good!

To answer your question, I propose you a figure.

I had the blessing of having a father who never doubted the love. I always knew he would forgive me anything, although I have also always known that anything unworthy I came to do, and he know, his heart sadden enough, perhaps deeply.

So I always knew he would forgive me because he loves me, but I never stopped to apologize to him just to know that.

Although it is well with my earthly father, as it would be with my Father who is in heaven?

My father I ask forgiveness because he needs to know that my conscience is alive and healthy. And because the respect and desire to honor him even in my mistakes.

In relation to my Father who is in heaven, I ask forgiveness for myself, for my own sake, as recognition that my conscience is alive, and, above all, because my life is a permanent flagrant before Him.

So although forgiven beforehand, I apologize; since my apology is the confession of my mouth that my conscience is still captivates the truth of God; and this is important to me, because God knows.

But I am taught to pray saying, "forgive my debts as I forgive my debtors."

Thus there are two dimensions involved here:

1. The first teaches that forgiveness is forgiveness. That is, because I forgive, I forgive; this because I am already forgiven; therefore, no longer have the right to not forgive. Thus, not forgive equivalent and say do not believe in forgiveness, getting up, so put ourselves in the position of non-forgiven again.

2. The second has to do with God, which beforehand has forgiven me, but you expect that my heart recognizes forgiveness seriously, so that my conscience does not run out exercise. So when I ask forgiveness, I confess that I am still alive and grateful; and more: I confess my desire to leave things and move on to better ones.

Repentance, says the New Testament is God's grace. It is God who gives repentance and who leads to repentance. So try repentance is already a fruit of divine forgiveness of grace.

So, I would say, only forgiven repent!

Proof of this is David, who once confronted by the prophet Nathan said, "I have sinned against the Lord" - and heard the Prophet say, "And the Lord has forgiven your sin!"

Thus the man is blessed to whom the Lord does not "impute iniquity." We are also blessed everyone who "does not condemn the things approving".

Thus the grace of God gives us all security, but demand of us who live seeking not sin, because sin not "take pieces of God", but because it takes the pieces of people.

In Revelation there are always two dimensions: an eternal and another time.

Thus, the revelation we know what is eternal, and therefore, it is, and no one will change. While there is time warnings, which have dimensions of nature, I would say, psychological; because that concern the human soul and the continued existence on Earth.

For this, I know that in Christ all is already and is already consummated; but I also know that in myself, nothing is finished and completed, because I live in the flesh, the body, time, space, and which is still in part.

So I tell you: The forgiven always ask for forgiveness; and in addition, always forgive!

When there is the moment of "contrition" at the time of service, I always I take for my good. But my confession is on the way, while I, and as my conscience tells me.

Take my love!

A big kiss!

In it, in whom I am already all in order to be,
